A bank mandate is a feature through which you authorise AutoPe to pay your bills automatically through your bank account.
AutoPe will debit your bill amount from your bank account a couple of days before the due date and pay your utility bills as per your instructions.

A bank mandate is a feature on AutoPe through which you authorize AutoPe to pay the utility bills on your behalf. AutoPe will debit your bank account with the bill amount before the due date to pay all your recurring payments.

Yes. It is safe to set up an e-Mandate which is a payment service initiated by RBI and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). The solution will facilitate all kind of interbank, electronic transfers for bulk volume payments in easy ways. Through NACH, any payment can be made through ECS irrespective of the geographical location of the banks across the nation.
Your money is safe in the banking system. Once we receive the confirmation of the transaction from the bank, your bills will be successfully paid. Generally, it takes 24-48 hours for the status to reflect in your account.
The transaction will be declined in case the account has insufficient funds and your bill will not be paid.

Yes, it is safe to share your UPI ID with anyone since now the user does not need to share his/her account number, he/she can instead share the UPI ID to facilitate fund transfer.

User has to download the Autope app in order to avail the exclusive benefits of the Smart Card. After linking your bank account with the biller information, you can travel in the metro without any worries. Whenever the value of your smart card will go below Rs.100, AutoPe will automatically recharge your card with Rs.200 at the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) Entry Gate itself. AutoPe will auto-debit the topped up value from your account the next working day.

Yes, you will be charged with a nominal fee of Rs. 300/year.
Yes, you have to pay a minimal fee of 1% on every top-up. However, the introductory offer gives you an additional 5% discount on each top up.

First and foremost, do not panic! You need to report the issue at support@autope.in. Post confirmation, your card will be blocked within 5 working days. In case of misuse, the user will be liable to pay the same towards consumption within the said period.
In case of debit failure, under Section 25 in The Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 (Central Govt. of India), the dishonour charge will be levied on your account. The legal action basis the law of the land will be initiated towards debit failure.

AutoPe Card works for every Metro line except for the airport line. Note that users need to have sufficient balance in their smart card while travelling via Rapid Metro. The auto top-up feature does not work for the rapid metro as of now.
Yes, you can get your card customised with your picture. This will cost you an additional charge of Rs.150. However please note that the image will be verified first as per the policy of AutoPe Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
